Welcome to Design Pearl, the term and conditions below apply to all work we undertake. If you resume browsing and utilizing the website, then it means that you agree with all the terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

The REFUND POLICY ends in the following cases:

  • Select a discount package.
  • The initial design concept has been approved.
  • You requested for a revision
  • Urgent design tasks are non-refundable.
  • The cancellation has been made for causes irrelevant to the firm.
  • The client has not responded or been in contact for more than two weeks while the project is ongoing.
  • In case of violation of company policy.
  • The same project was ordered from another company or designer.
  • Creative briefs lack the necessary information.
  • A complete design change has been required.
  • The claim has exceeded the refund request period.
  • When the company ceases its activity or changes its name or company name.
  • Other reasons unrelated to the service such as "change of mind" or "disagreement with partner" are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • If the customer subscribes to a service package and is dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will apply only to that service and not to the entire package.
  • No refunds/processing will be possible once the final file has been delivered in response to your request.
  • Returns and adjustments do not apply directly to items provided free of charge.
  • Services including but not limited to social media, SEO, domain registration and web hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • For websites, once the design has been approved by the client and the site has been submitted for development, no refunds will be made.
  • For logos, no refunds will be made after the client has given positive feedback on any changes and the design has been submitted as a final file.
  • Refunds are not applicable for work outsourced by third parties.

Agreement

Design Pearl is the organization, and the client or customer is an individual to whom we provide our services. On the other hand, the contract is between Design Pearl and client, under which both are subject to “some requirements”, which means the term and conditions below. Read it carefully and understand. On the other hand, you can also contact us for any query.

Commitment

If there is any error in the proposal, price list or quotation, the organization must correct it without penalty. On the other hand, Design Pearl will provide you with your complete work on the agreed dates.

Personal Information

Contact us via e-mail or contact us form and fill the form carefully with a brief description. In contrast, we will not disclose your information to a third party and will keep your information secure with us. We will use your information to maintain your records.

Payment Terms

Every payment is determined according to the project or the deadline and will be communicated to the client before the commencement of any work. Additionally, the price will be outlined in the project proposal and contract. Refunds or cancellations are subject to conditions stated in the proposal or agreement.

Service Rights

Every service given by our organization stays the property of our agency until the payment is received. Once payment is received, the ownership will be transferred to the client. The client may use the services accordingly. However, they may not share, sell, or license it without our company's consent.

Refund

We will provide three design samples. In contrast, after finalizing the design, there will be no refund and changes in the design. In addition, we will provide 3-5 revisions on the ongoing projects or as per the quotation by the sale’s manager.

After project completion, you (the client) have 48 hours to review and contact us for further changes. After 48 hours, we will not provide any revisions regarding your project.
